Though Audrey Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Audrey Joanne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Otto; her son Andrew Wedul (Otto Wedul); and her sister Beverly Sendelbach. She is survived by: her daughter Greta Hopkins (Greta) of Crescent City, CA; her granddaughter Julia Fanger of Queens, NY; and her sisters, Marilyn Thompson of Scottsdale, AZ and Peggy Germain of Winnebago, MN. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the American Lutheran Church of Sun City (17200 N Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85373).
