He is survived by: his daughter Angela Michelle of Chandler, AZ; his wife Betty; his daughter Renee Doonan (Scott) of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Blake, Brooke and Alex; his sister Mary Halverson (Harlan) of South Dakota; his nephews, Aaron Cook (Brenda) of Massachusetts, Bryon Cook (Lorrie) of Drexel, MO, Kevin Cook (Donna) of Alabama and Jeremy Gunnels of South Dakota; and his niece Joni Smith (Brian) of South Dakota. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
