He was predeceased by: his former wife Florence; and his sisters, Sally, Viola (Muny) and Geraldine. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Phil (Kathy); his grandchildren, Phil Horsley Jr. (Janelle) and Kelly Peugnet (Austin); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Philip, Kadence, Robert and Hannah; and his stepchildren, Randy, Robert, Ryan, Jason, Wanda of Wisonsin and Marjorie of Wisonsin.
