He is survived by: his children, Laurie Lowe Ellard (Stuart), Jamison Lowe Higgins, Todd Michael Johnson Lowe and Robert Michael Judson Lowe; his wife Constance Rita Lowe; his brother Gary; his half-brothers, Rick and Kim; and his grandchildren, Amy Talvac, Paul Higgins, Madelyn Higgins, Alec Lowe and Ryan.
