It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Diane Schroetlin of Sun City West, Arizona, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Flickinger and Evelyn Flickinger (Watson); her daughter Brenda Thompson; and her foster sister Betty Wood. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Connie Dolezal (Ted), Debra Adams, Dee Van Donselaar (Michael) and Jacob Schroetlin (Celeste); her grandchildren, Casey Beechum of Arizona, Alex Van Donselaar of Arizona, Lydia Martinez of Arizona, Katie Van Donselaar of Nebraska, Maddison Schroetlin of New Mexico and Creighton Thompson of Colorado; her great grandchildren, William Schroetlin, Kennedy Van Donselaar and Gianna Beechum; her siblings, Joanne Stahr, Jeanne Johnson and Bill Flickinger; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Toben, Judy Good, Janie Wenzl and Terri Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sutton Memorial Chapel (804 S Saunders Ave, Sutton, NE 68979). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Federated Church (407 N Saunders Ave, Sutton, NE 68979).
