He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ottoy and Marie Sylvia Ottoy (Lemons); and his brother Roger Ottoy (Amy). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Liz); his daughters, Debra Jerome, Christine Nellenbach (Tom) and Stacey Krastins (Craig); his brother Robert Ottoy; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Jake, Charlie, Spencer, Matthew and Kate.
