We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2023, at the age of 91, John M. Boullosa in Sun City West, Arizona, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ricardo Boullosa and Nancy Boullosa; his wife Patsy Nicholas; his brother Anthony; and his sister-in-law Judy.

He is survived by: his sons, John (Kathleen), James (Laura) and Jeff (Lisa); his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 4 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in John's name to Hospice of the Valley, 14066 W. Waddell Road, Surprise, Arizona 85379.
