David Campbell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 81, David Campbell of Sun City West, Arizona, born in Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Campbell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Campbell and Virginia Campbell; his son Jim Anthony Campbell; and his sister Nancy Wells (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lynn Campbell (Bramm); his daughter Lauri Ann Kohnke (Campbell); and his grandchildren, Brandon McClain, Ashley Barred (McClain) and Christina Worsnup (Kohnke).
