She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A. Macy. She is survived by: her children, Philp Mark Macy (Tonda) and Karen Macy-Hartman. She is also survived by three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one sister.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 in lieu of flowers.
