She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Sida and Opal Sida; her husbands, Richard Ward and Alvin Jackson; her brothers, Russell and Wayne; and her stepmother Teddie Sida.
She is survived by: her close friend Rex Gardiner; her children, Richard T. Ward, Jr., James Jackson, Suzette M. Pulsifer and Tina M. Jackson; her stepchildren, Alvin Jackson, Julie Jackson, Ashley Barnes, Brandy Jackson, Jacob Jackson, Christopher Feezor, Kathy Glass and Frank Feezor; and her siblings, Kendal Johnson, Hershal Babbit, Del Irland, Cheryl Babbit, Lorene Wynn and Patty Holmes. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
