He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herman, Alma Caldwell, James and Eva Fahey; and his parents, Bill Caldwell and Kathryn Caldwell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Caldwell, Pat Caldwell (Cathryn Milner) and Kathy Beckwith (Mike).
