He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Brown and Clara Brewer; his daughter Marlene Brewer; and his sister Joanne Rovello. He is survived by: his children, Charles F. Brewer, Encinitas, Flint Gerald McLaughlin and Jeralyn Lillian Brewer of Carrizo; and his stepdaughter Dawn Victoria Martinez of Phoenix. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
