She was predeceased by: her parents, Micaela Jauregui (Rosario Muñoz) and Zacatecas; her husband Manuel Aguirre; her siblings, Guadalupe Muñoz, Joel Muñoz, Salvador Muñoz, Fausto Muñoz and Ramona Muñoz; and her children, Elias Aguirre, Jose Oriel Aguirre, Efrain Aguirre and Ramona Sanchez.
She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Muñoz and Felipa Gonzalez; and her children, Juan Manuel Aguirre, Maria of Jesus Aguirre, Teresa Aguirre, Rosa Aguirre and Carmen Stubblefield. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren.
Her life-long commitment to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church showed through her famous champurrado, which she graciously donated every year or over many years for El Día de la Virgin church fundraising efforts.
