He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Kramer; his siblings, James, Elizabeth, Sue and Howard; and also Stacy Kramer.
He is survived by: his children, Pat and Stacy; his grandchildren, Sharon Hanevich, Cathy Sweeney (John), Bill Shipp (Kelly), Ben Kramer (Caysha), Chloe Kramer, Bradley Kramer, Brion Urtuzuastegui and Alexis Urtuzuastegui (Ivan); and his great grandchildren, Cate Sweeney, Courtney Shipp, Katelyn Shipp, Cassandra Hanevich, Megan Hanevich, Will Urtuzuastegui and Jack Urtuzuastegui. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Keifer and Grace will be held May 12, 2018 (which would have been their 83rd anniversary) from 1:00-3:00 p.m., at the Elks Lodge, 1917 W. 32nd Street.
