He was predeceased by: his parents, Garner Eugene and Mary Thornton McCauley; and his grandson Jeremy McCauley. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; and his children, Bev VanWinkle (Jerry), Jennifer May (Kert), Scott McCauley (Marni) and Steve McCauley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
