He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Ezra Tanner and LaJeanne Tanner (Daines); his wife Rhea Joan Tanner (Hurdman); his children, JoLee (Rich), Fletcher of Washington, UT, David (Rebecca), Tanner of Valley Center, CA, Lara Kong (Fred) of Edmonton, AB, Ayme (Shawn), Harding of Stirling, AB, Nathan (Kalyn), Katherine Tanner of Snowflake, AZ and Doug (Kendra); and his siblings, Bill Tanner (JoAnne), Tricia Peterson (Jerry), Ron Tanner (Martha) and Pam Sellers (Norman). He was also cherished by twenty-seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
