It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Billie Williams (Snowflake, Arizona), who passed away on May 19, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Stella; his son Bruce; his granddaughter Rikki; his brothers, Jimmie, George and Roy; and also, William and Annie.

He is survived by: his children, James Williams (Kenna), Marsha McMillen (Bob), Mark Williams (LaDawn) and Teresa Williams; his sister Lydia Bell Cone; and his brother-in-law Chester Cherry. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and five great, great-grandchildren.
