He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Beulah Mae Buelteman; his half-brother Dan Weiss; and his brothers, Chris Buelteman and Mike Buelteman.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; his half-sister Linda Lewis; his brothers, Carl Buelteman and Curt Buelteman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivier and Rosie; his daughter Lexi Flake (Jordan); his grandchildren, Jack, Brigham, Rustyn and Scottie; and also Zach Buelteman (Emily).
