He was predeceased by: his parents, Daryl Noreen Johnson (Gleitz) and Clifford Eugene Johnson; and his father-in-law David Reidhead. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Douglas Trey (Fabi), Jessica Allyn Lewis (Nathan), Chad Ryan (Ellie), Chandler Rae Merrell (Jace) and Savannah Nicole Henderson (Bryce); his grandchildren, Mckinley Noreen, Nathan Max, Quinn Shay Lewis, Scarlett Antonella and Tristan Alesandro Johnson; and his siblings, Barbara McSloy, Debbie Goodman, Louann Johnson, Cliff and Russell Johnson.
