He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Foster; his friend Jesus; his wife Vanessa of Snowflake; his children, Alex, Megan, Karissa, Savannah of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Taylor and Nathan of Snowflake; and his siblings, Kenneth Jr., Clifton (Dawn) and Kelly Slade (Edwin) of Snowflake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many cherished friends.
