He is survived by: his wife Verona Gail Jarvis of Snowflake, AZ; his children, Blaine Louis, Jr. Jarvis (Dawn) of Mesa, AZ, Janet Funkhouser (Lee) of Mesa, AZ, Kelly Jarvis (Jennifer) of Taylor, AZ, Mitch Jarvis (Shiela) of Chandler, AZ and Ryan Jarvis (Megan) of Gilbert, AZ; and his siblings, Judy Stock of Mesa, AZ, Suzanne Knighton of Gilbert, AZ, Norman Jarvis of Glendale, AZ and Tom Jarvis (Lovenia) of Apache Junction, AZ. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
