She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Rothlisberger and Thora Rothlisberger; her daughter Charla; her son-in-law Earl Seger; her son Jonathan Blaine Neff; her grandchildren, Parker Page Neff, Trent William Seger, Tessa Seger and Hailey Neff; and her siblings, Morris, Cherie, Charlotte and Cheryl.
She is survived by: her husband William Neff (Bill) of Shumway; her children, Wayne Neff (Micalla), Donnie Neff (Rebecca), Leasa Seger (Merl), Travis Neff, Jennifer Neff, Harry Neff, Clinton Neff (Jenny), Shawnee Schneider (Jared), Tyler Neff (Stevie) and Areionnah Neff; and her siblings, James Rothlisberger, Randel Rothlisberger and Charma Schnyder. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
