He is survived by: his spouses, Rachel Ball and Bonnie; his sister Sharon Turnbloom of Bountiful, UT; and also, Al Welker, Fred and Laura Mitchell of Clinton, UT. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, and many nurturing friends.
