She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Higley and Fern Violet England Higley; and her siblings, Henry Higley Jr., DeRoy C. Higley, Jay LaVell Higley, LaNeta Higley Quinlan and Beth Higley Pearce.
She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Harold Higley, Myrna Hadlock (Gary) and Marilyn Horner (Roger).
Ann had requested that in lieu of flowers she would like donations made to The Cure Starts Now in the name of Aaliyah Jensen for the cure of DIPG brain cancer affecting so many young children.
