He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Garcia and Eloisa Garcia; his wife Gloria; his sister Gloria Keating (Bill); his children, Samuel (Kate) and Mya; his grandchildren, Luciana, Evan and Levi; and his stepdaughters, Janara (Cyrus) and Lorette (Robert).
He was past President of the Heritage foundation and Board of Directors and he later served as President of the Snowflake Academy Foundation.
