He was predeceased by: his sisters, Thelma and Charlotte. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Levvy Gamble (Joy), Cindy Eichenberger (Lewis) of Texas and Regina Watson (Kendall) of Chester; his stepsons, Dr. Jack Dunlevy (Renee) and David Dunlevy (Lesly); and his sister Joann Mink (Howard) of Florida.
