He is survived by: his wife Inge; his siblings, Carroll Breskamp and Cordell Buechner; and his children, William Buechner (Lisa) of Maricopa, Gina Silvas (Sandy) of Troy, Joyanne Buechner of Sierra Vista, Jackie Smith (Bill) of Sierra Vista and Gloria Colby (Ray) of Sierra Vista. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans Assn in Walters name.
