He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrl Rowley and Thelma Lucille Sisson Rowley; and his siblings, Byrl Lee, Lucille, Rochelle Hamm and Karen Harnack.

He is survived by: his wife Delores Louise Kleven (Dee); his close friend Dee; his children, Debra Fagan of Phoenix and Randall (Rebecca) of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandson Eric Fagan (Beth); and his great grandchild Ashley of Plano. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and five brothers-in-law.
