It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis James in Sierra Vista, Arizona, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, F. Seymour Cook and Mildred Carl Cook; her children, Timothy J. Hainley (Kristin), Peter Gregory Hainley, Stephanie Elfrieda James (Garett Castle), Nichole Florence James and Germany; her husband David; and her sisters, Ellen Pickell (Bill) and Jean Rygg (Darwin). She was also cherished by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
