She is survived by: her father Donald Price of Dubuque, IA; her husband Patrick Cummings of Sierra Vista, AZ; her siblings, Scott Price (Debra) and Dawn Freese of Platteville, WI; her niece Marie Freese; her nephew Andrew Freese of Kieler, WI; and her uncles, Merle Gaber of Dubuque, IA and Lloyd Price of New River, AZ.
