He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Irene; his children, Lolita, Elmer, Amy and Robyne; and his brothers, Michael and Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Irene, Patrick Jr., Bruce, Dickie, Taunia and Billy; his siblings, Evelyn, Richard, Joel and Louis; his grandchildren, Katie, Abigail and Joseph; and his close friends, Dozer and Maple. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Those who wish to attend are asked to wear a mask during services.
