She was predeceased by: her parents, Horton Givens and Maggie Givens; her children, Greg, Gary, Jerry Newby and Rhonda Newby; her great grandchild Shaquan Newby; and her great great grandchild John Long Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Eva Fletcher of Sierra Vista, AZ and Brent Newby of Urbana; and her daughters-in-law, Linda Long and Brenda Newby. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, and 33 great-great grandchildren.
