He was predeceased by: his parents, Pastor Gunnard and Hulda Grahn; his siblings, Gunnard Grahn, Jr., Theodore Grahn, Carl Grahn and Ruth Greenwood; and his sisters-in-law, Veronica Grahn and Joyce Grahn.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Windingstad; his children, Mark Grahn (Kassandra), Daniel Grahn (Jennifer), Kari Latam (Jeremy), Kirstin Grahn (Michael Bjork) and Kimberly Abrams (Matt); his grandchildren, Claudia, Morgan, Bailey, Owen, Kayla, Connor, Max and Amelia; his brother Dale Grahn of Duluth, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Grahn of Dawson, MN and Janice Grahn of Queensland, Australia..

In lieu of flowers, Norm requested donations be made to Sierra Evangelical Lutheran Church at the same address listed above.
