He was predeceased by: his parents, Anetha Phillips and Joe Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marge Phillips; his sons, Mark, Brian (Sue) and Bradly Phillips; his stepson Lance Mayo; and his grandson Josh Phillips. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
