She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Buczinski and Veroniqua Buczinski; and her siblings, Vivian Morris, Alene Koen, Patricia Swallow and Raymond Buczinski.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Don Smith; her daughter Veroniqua Kathleen Shafer; her son-in-law Christopher Shafer of Sierra Vista, Arizona; her stepsons, Michael Scott Jackson of Long Beach and Marshall Wayne Smith of Kalispell, Montana; and her siblings, Virginia Mae Woodward of Liberal, Kansas and Michael Buczinski of Hutchison, Kansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
