He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Feeney and Eleanor Feeney (Hagmann); his wife Caroline Bill; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly of Korea, Eric and Laura (Shane); his grandchildren, Madeleine, Hayden and Sean; and his siblings, Dan (Mary), Sister Ruth, John (Ann), Peggy, Paulette (Greg), Jerry (Jan), Joanne, Joe Jr. (Deb), Jean, Marion (Bob) and RoseMary (Mike). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Church (800 Taylor Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635).
