She is survived by: her husband John Shaver of Sierra Vista; her sister Anne Catlett of Tucson; her daughters, Alicia Daniel (Rick) of Thornton and Cynthia Atherton (Jeff) of Pleasanton; her grandchildren, Lacey, Michael Daniel, Amy, Jack Atherton and Kathy Neary; her niece Cathy Lackner; her sister-in-law Janet (Walt Smith) of Idalia; her nieces, Debbie Smith (Dave), Donna Reiman (Pat) and Linda Johnson; her children, Michael, Sherry, John and Connie; her friends, Bob, Jan Reiner and Rita Battle; and also, John, Debbie and Michael Baxter.
She was a long-time volunteer for the American Cancer Society (including local President), served in various capacities at the United Methodist Church, managed a softball team, and tutored foreign students in English.
