He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diana; his mother-in-law Virginia Roberts; his children, Amy Littlefield (Thatcher) of East Middlebury, Vermont and Jennie Ewing (William) of Severna Park, Maryland; his stepchildren, Kevin Hackett (Crystal) of Mesa and Tammy Hackett of Sierra Vista; his grandchildren, Oprea, Katie, Hartley, Kenlie, Emily and Sile; his sisters-in-law, Denise Althoff, Cheryl Althoff and Paula Winslow; and his nieces, Lisa, Kelly and Denise. He was also cherished by numerous grand-nieces and nephews.
