He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Revak and Dr. Elson Revak (Annette Revak); his grandchildren, Connor Revak, Kaili Revak and Ameli Revak; his sister Elaine Kern; his brother-in-law Dale Kern; his brother Joseph Revak; and his wife JoAnn Stubblefield. He is also survived by loving nieces and cousins.
