He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Anne; his parents, Louis Tony Hrbek and Catherine Hrbek; and his siblings, Louis "Louie" Herbeck, Walter Edward Hrbek and Elsi Tilthman of Wilda Ahlberg.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Lorrine Herbeck, Steven Herbeck of Sierra Vista and Janice Kingham of Ogden. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
