He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mell and Icle Mell; and his stepdaughter Suzanne. He is survived by: his children, Kris (Dianne), Kimberly (Kim), Kyra (Russ) and Melanie (David); his stepchildren, Betsy (Steve), David (Michele) and Mark; and his siblings, Tom and Pam. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, and as a memorial to Jerry, the family asks that his family and friends reach out to a family member and express their love to them.
