Loucks and Ruth Loucks; his wife Norma Jean Loucks; and his children, Sheri (Ron), Stacey, Sammy (Angie), Stuart (Lisa), Scott (Evelyne) and Steven (Debbie). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
