She is survived by: her children, Ray Cody, Michael Cody, Sharon Hall, Dawn Cody and Deborah Campbell (William "Bill" Campbell); her siblings, Bobbie Goodwyn, Jr. (late Mary W.), Carl Goodwyn, Sr. (Mary B.) and Doris Adkins (late Johnnie); her nieces and nephews, Karen Adkins, Sharon Booker, Michael Goodwyn and Mark Goodwyn (Carl Goodwyn, Jr.); her friends, Stella Mae Taylor, Earnestine Jeter and Jean Pleas; and her cousins, Ruth Stephens, Zulene Mitchell and Rev. Ethalene Maddox. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
