He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Moats and Alma Moats; his wife Betty; his children, Jimmy, Mike, Pat and Gene; his grandchildren, Josh, Jenna and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Andy, Dean and Chase.
