She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Katherine Mae Waite; her adoptive father Wallace; her spouse Russell Willis; her former husband Rex Collier; her grandsons, Jeff Franklin and Jarred Mangum; and her children, Ray Willis (Betty), Anita Franklin (J. W.) and Glenda Winkler (Rusty). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
