“Aunt Gerdy was my Godmother. I'll turn 62 this March. She was so much to me. My mother's great friend. Spunky, lively, open to life's experiences, and could hold her own in vibrant conversation. As a young girl, i used her peach maid-of-honour's dress (for my parent's wedding) as the perfect princess dress-up. She sent me the coolest "stuff". I still have a 3"wide copper belt which closed with chains and huge earrings to match. She demonstrated to me how to live life with zest.LOVE 4ever.”
