He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna and Gallie Moore Sr.; his daughter Susan; and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Sparks; his son David (Leslie); his grandchildren, Corey, Andrew and Addison; and his brother Mac.
