She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Daryl and Michelle (Shelley); and her grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Ken, Mandi, Lianne and Jacob. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona, an organization close to Evelyn's heart.
