She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark and Lillian Clark; her siblings, Frank (Don) and Charlotte; and her great grandchild Emily.
She is survived by: her children, Donna, David (Pamela), Daniel (Deborah) and Dennis; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Christine, Ashley, Amber, Erin, Sara, Suzanne and James. She is also survived by daughter and three sons.
