He is survived by: his wife Hazel Quast (Miller); his children, Steven Quast (Diane) and Barbara Penstone (Stephen); his grandchildren, Robert Quast (Tasha) and Alishea Andersen (James); his great grandchildren, Jessica Quast, Logan Quast, Michael Quast, Josalyn Andersen and Thomas Andersen; and his great great grandchild Howell Quast.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations in Dale's name be made to the "Building Fund, Trinity Orthodox Lutheran Church.".
